RESOLUTION NO. 96-116
Approving Consultant Selection for Northeast Neighborhood Park
WHEREAS, the 1990 capital improvement program calls for the development of the
northeast neighborhood park site, and
WIdEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that
a consultant be bired to help devFlop a master plan for said park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and F.4c reation has recommended that Brauer
and Associates be retained as the consultant for the development of a master plan
for the northeast neighborhood park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ii AEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the consultant firm of Brauer and
Associates be retained to work with the Park Commission on the development of a
master plan for the northeast neighborhood park.
