CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96-115
WHEREAS, The Director of Parks and Recreation and the City Attorney have
recommended that three contracts be approved and signed by the City Manager and
Mayor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the first amendment to contract
between ISD 284 and Armstrong, Torseth, Skold and Rydeen, Inc.; and the second
amendment to the joint powers agreement all be approved as submitted, and further,
that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said amendments.
Adopted by the City Council on February 21, 1996.
