APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4700 NATHAN LANE NORTH (96014)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Ryan Construction Co. Inc. which
requests approval of a Lot Division to divide a parcel of land into two parcels,
generally located at 4700 Nathan Lane North, as legally described on Attachment One,
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WhEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division is sought is as
legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, the City has fully considered the request for the Lot Division;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with u1e City Engineer's Memo.
2. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the
City Engineer prior to fling of the Lot Division.

(TO BE DIVIDED AS FOLLOWS)
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Drakeland Business and Technical Center, according to
the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin county, Minnesota, lying northerly, northeasterly
and northwesterly of the following described line and its westerly extension:
Commencing at the most easterly southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 59 minutes 09 seconds East, along the
east line of said Lot 1, a distance of 129.00 feet to the point of point beginning
of said line: thence North 68 degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds West 405.40 feet;
thence North 45 degrees 43 minutes 18 seconds West 786.63 feet; thence South
69 degrees 17 minutes 27 seconds West 63.62 feet to the intersection with the
west line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.
