CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 94
APPLICATION FOR FUNDS
VEHICLE PURCHASE
PLYMOUTH METROLINK TRANSIT SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City of Plymouth, Metrolink Transit System enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the obtaining of
Federal funds available under Section 5310 of the Federal Transit Act of 1991, as
amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to
execute such an agreement and thereby assume for on behalf of the City of Plymouth,
Metrolink Transit System all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1996
