RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
PRIME BUH DERS, INC. (95065)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an MPUD Final Plaa/Plat and Development
Contract Resolution 95-440 on August 01, 1995, for Prime Builders, Inc. developer of
Bass Lake Estates 3rd Addition located at the northeast corner of Bass Lake Road and
future Northwest Boulevard and,
WHYMEM, the Resolution 95-440 provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439
regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $3,300.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated December 19, 1995 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $3,300.00, which was submitâşed to
guarantee Tree Preservation for Bass Lake Estates 3rd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on February 07, 1996.
