RESOLUTION 06 - 82
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
UNITED PRODUCTS CORPORATION (94053)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment approved by Administrative
letter dated September 02, 1994, for United Products Corporation, (94053), the
developer of United Products Corporation has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the parking lot expansion; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $24,289.00 which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for United Products Corporation.
