CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96 - 79
APPROVING VARIANCE FOR MARY OUTCALT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 65 KINGSVIEW LANE NORTH (95135)
WHEREAS, Mary Outcalt has requested approval of a Jariance to allow a side yard
setback of five feet for a garage and 1:4.5 feet for a room addition, where 15 feet is
required by the Zoning Ordinancc; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Lot 8, Block 1, Chtistiansen's
Parker's Lake Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Mary Outcalt for a Variance based en the finding that the Variance
standards have been met, and subject to the following conditions:
1. This Variance permits construction of a garage five feet from the west side lot
line, and construction of % room addition 13.5 feet from the west side lot line,
in accordance with the pians received by the City on January 5, 1996.
2. Compliance with all applicable Building Codes.
Approved by the City Council on February 7, 1996.
