RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR 1995 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL 1
WHERFM, pursuant to the provision of Section 429.101 M.S.A., the Forester of the City of
Plymouth, has caused the 1995 Removal and Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 on certain
lands within said City, and a determination has been made that certain charges thereto have not
been paid as provie A by law, and the total amount of such work amounts to $7,485.40.
NOW, THF.Ict'•; JRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$7,485.40.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Forester shall forthwith calcuLte
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or Farcel of land within the district affected without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. 't ne Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
