RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC SEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
1995 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION, ROLL 2
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on Fe;munry 7, 1996 the City Clerk was directed to
prepare a proposed assessment for the total cost for the 1995 Weed Eradication and Destruction, Roll 2
on certain lands within tha City as provided by law; and
WHlREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and
filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE% BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 6th day of March, 1996 in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota
at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such c:â–ºarges will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the
hearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount of the assessment. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
