RESOLUTION NO. 9& 73
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.8
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 8 has been prepared for the City Center expansion project
providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, those changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building, and
WHEREAS, these charges will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 8 for the City Center
Expansion Project No. 126 for Lund Martin Construction is approved in the amount of $1,981
and increase the total construction costs to $2,940,320. The total project authorization shall
remain at $3,683,644 with a balance of $5,449.
