WEIEREAS, appointments to the City's watershed management organizations expired on
January 31, 1996; and
WM3RBAS, the City published a Notice of Vacancy in its official newspaper on
December 27.
NOW 'IiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council hereby makes the
following appointments:
