AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
PARCEL 10-118-22-11-0043
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided the City with a list of nonconservation properties
which have become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property taxes and/or special
assessments; and
WIMIREAS, in accordance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land policy, each parcel has
been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, pared 10-118-22-11-0043 is unbuildable from a zoning and city code
perspective; and
WHEREAS, pared 10-118-22-11-0043 serves a public purpose by providing a park trail
access from the abutting residential area to the Bass Lake Playfield, which is owned by the
City of Plymouth.
NOW T1IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
hereby:
1. Approves the classification made by the Board of County Commissioners of parcel
10-118-22-11-0043 as nonconservation land,
2. Declares said parcel to be unbuildable from a zoning and city code perspective, and
3. Requests conveyance to the City of Plymouth for the public use of a park trail.
The Council ceMes that it does not know of any wells located on the property.
