APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND
PROFESSIONAL; E LOYEES, REPRESENTED BY AFSCME,
COUNCIL 141 LOCAL 3939
FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 19% AND 1997
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and AFSCME, representing
Plymouth Clerical, Technical and Professional employees, have met to negotiate a
labor contract in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the labor agmement between the City of Plymouth and AFSCMB Council 14, Local
3839, for the period of January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
