WH MEAS, the personnel policy adopted by the City Council in 1994 requires an
amendment,
NOW, 1HBREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THS C17Y COUNCIL OF THB CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the personnel policy be amended as follows:
Sec. 3-5.2 All regular full time employees will be eligible to receive SIX=
(16) hours of holiday leave, to be (mown as floating holidays, which shall be taken at a
time mutually agreed upon by the Employee and Employer. A floating holiday shall
not be scheduled on the same day as another holiday. Floating holidays must be used
in the year received or they will be lost.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 1996.
