CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 56
APPROVING THE CLOSING OF PROJECTS AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the construction of various projects, and,
WHEREAS, financing has been provided through the sale of bonds and interfund transfers,
and,
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining construction funds to
the respective debt service funds and original financing funds for projects that are completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMNESOTA: that Project N's 009, 010, 011, 0400 102, 1039
1040 106, 110, 122, 1301 2059 206, 2199 2209 221, 301, 3041 303, 311, 317, 418, 642, 715,
812, 815, 829, 909, 926, and 945 be closed and all remaining construction funds be
transferred to the corresponding Debt Service Funds and original financing funds.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 1996.
