RESOLUTION NO. 96 -so
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.9 AND FINAL
T.H. 55 NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD/SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 406
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Hardrives, Inc., as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for T.H. 55 North Frontage Road/South Shore Drive
Improvements, City Project No. 406, said agreement being dated August 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $287,194.80. One change order
was approved in the amount of $17,489.68 and the value of the work to
date is $272,392.58 and is herewith approved. This project undernrn the
revised contract amount by $32,291.90 or 10.6%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for T.H. 55 North Frontage
Road/South Shore Drive Improvements and certified to the Council by
the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby pleased from the
eno•.►err as acceptable from the contract except as to the conditions of
the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 9 and Fin:0 in the amount of $44,327.30 to
Hardrives, Inc. for T.H. 55 North Frontage Road/South Shore Drive
Improvements is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 1995.
