BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota that Wednesday, February 7, 1996 at 6:15 PM in the Medicine Ulm
Conference Room is established as a Special Council Meeting to canvass the results of the
February 61 1996 Special Election and to discuss the Open Meetings Law.
