APPROVINt t SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR RYAN BUILDERS, INC. FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12001 Highway 55 (95128)
WHEREAS, Ryan Builders, Inc. has requested approval for a Site Plan Amendment for
Honeywell Solid State Electronics Center, located at 12001 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Ryan Builders, Inc. fo► a Site Plan Amendment to allow a building
addition for property located at 12001 Highway 55, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Site Plan Amendment is for an 8,333 square f,)ot building addition and two
associated condensation towers, in accordance with the plans received by the City
on December 14, 1995 except as amended by this resolution.
2. Th- permit is subject to all applicable catits, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
B. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding mmi iinum
floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or
containing any open storm water drainage facility.
C. Submission of reouired Firaincial Guarantee and Site Performance
Agreement for completion of site improvements within twelve
months of the ,late of this resolution.
D. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
E. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required
reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
Compliance with all Fire Codes and policies, inrluditig those
regarding th%� location of fire hydrants, fire lanes, and fire lana
signage.
G. An 8 1/2 x 11 incl: "As Duilt" hire Protectir)n Plan shall be
submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site
improvement bond: per City Policy.
