CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96 - 30
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./BASS LAKE BUSINESS CENTRE (95102)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
October 24, 1995 Resolution 95-608; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of Bass
Lake Business Centre (95102), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Fencing, Trash disposal enclosure, Final curbing, Storm drainage systems,
Landscape Installation, Final grading and As -built utility plan submitted.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUl`:CIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $71,100.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Bass Lake Business Centre to a new financial guarantee total of
$46,900.00
Adopted by the City Council on January 09, 1996.
