REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
TPE PONDS AT BASS CREEK ADDITION (93106)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 15, 1994, McHunter Co., LLC,
developer of The Pond; at Bass Crock Addition (93106), has agreed to install certain improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
VAMMEAS, the developer has requested a wduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
iwinpleted work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:
