RECEIVE 1995 BIENNIAL UPDATE OF
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT REPORT AND
AUTHORIZE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
1996 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 602
WHEPEAS, the City Council has requested that a biennial update to the Pavement
Management Program be prepared; and
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared this updated biennial report; and
1 EBU AS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine
the work required on each street in the area within the 1996 project as proposed in the
biennial update of the 1995 Pavement Management Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that a Preliminary Engineering Report be
prepared with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on January 9, 1996.
