RESOLUTION 96-10
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR WEST LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HARBOR LANE AND 34TH AVE
N. (95116)
WHEREAS, Wayne Jeske Associates has requested approval for a Lot Consolidation
for the creation of one paxel, located at the southeast corner of Harbor Lane and 34th
Ave. N. as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof, add
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Consolidation is sought is
as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Conamission has fully considered the request for the Lot
Consolidation, and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORr, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOG w, MINNL STA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Consolidatirn for West Lutheran High School for property located at the
s3utkemt corner of Harbor Lane and 34th Ave. N. subject to the following conditions;
1. Cor lit•nce wit! the Cit, Engineers Memorandum.
2. No building permits shat, Je issued until the Lot consolidation is filed with
Hennepin Comity,
FURTHER, that thu Ci"t Manager oe authorized to male the necessary special
rssehrmaw corrections based upoki City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County
