RESOLUTION NO. 96-9
Approving Easement Document for Kimberly Lane Elementary School
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth is in need of admtional wetland mitigation
property for its' West Medicine Lake park project, and
WHEREAS, Wayzata School District 284 has agreed to provide said property at
Kimberly Lane Elementary School site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager and Mayor are
authorized to sign the easement document for Kimberly Lane Elementary School
providing wetland mitigation for West Medicine Lake park project.
