RESOLUTION 96- 8
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR, OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, AND
WINE TICENSES
BE IT EMMY RESOLVED that the following licenses are hereby approved for
issuance for the period February 1, 1996, through January 31, 1997, with the following
conditions:
1. That the required license fees be paid by January 26, 1996;
2. That proof of worker compensation, general liability, and liquor liability
insurance be provided by January 26, 1996; and
3. That all delinquent property taxes and penalties, if any, be paid in full by
January 26, 1996.
