RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 1996
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering all City
employees aro required for 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIITY COUNCEL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that surety bonds insuring the integrity and
honest performance of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set forth
are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 1996:
City Manager
Finance Director
Assessor
City Clerk
General bond covering all City employees
Adopted by the City Council on January 9, 1996
