WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth proposes to enter into a Letter of Intent with FCA
Ltd., doing business as Life Time Fitness, to establish a public-private partnership
relationship in order to provide recreation facilities for Plymouth residents; and
WI IRBAS, it is desirable that the Letter of Intent be rr : i ;,,1 into a dMiled contractual
document between the City of Plymouth and FCA Ltd.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a City Council Subcommittee composed
Of members Ti arne$ , Granath , and Anderson is hereby
established to coordinate with staff, review, ami recommend contractual agreements
between the City of Plymouth and FCA Ltd., doing business as Life Time Fitness, for
providing recreational facilities for Plymouth residents.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 1995.
