ESTABLISHING JANUARY 229 1"6 AT 7 PM AS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL
MEETING FOR PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED USE OF
COhEM[UNITY E%IPROVLMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council proposes to use Community Improvement Funds to
design, construct, and equip a facility which will include an indoor ice arena, swimming
pools, and related site improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires a public hearing on the use of Community
Improvement Funds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that Monday, January 22, 1996 at 7 PM is established as a special
City Counrii meeting for the purpose of holding the public hearing on the proposed use of
Community Improvement Funds.
