RESOLUTION 95. 763
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LAUKKA WILLIAMS/PARKERS LASE 10TH ADD.(93067)
LOTS Z, 3, AND 49, BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Final Plan/Plat
resolution 93-445A & 93-445B approved on August 02,
developer of Parkers Lake 9th Addition (93067), has
improvements for said development; and
and Development Contract
1993, for Laukk-A Williams,
agreed to install certain site
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
'THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $49,949.25 reduction of the C.D.'s which were submitted to guarantee site
( improvements for Parkers Lake 10th Addition Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, to a new
financial guarantee total of $16.649.75
