RESOLUTION N0.95-756
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to repair and replace the City's facilities; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with replenishing the reserve for
public facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the City Manager to
transfer $50,000 from the General Fund to the Facilities Management Fund to assist with the
annual tax levy;
NOW, THEREFOPE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Directox is hureby directed to
transfer $50,000 from the General Fund to the Facilities Management Fund to assist with
future requirements,
Adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1995.
