RESOLUTION NO. 95- 754
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO PROJECT
ADMINISTRATION FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to cover annual trot abatements; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with fixture tax abatements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the City Manager to
transfer $200,000 from the General Fund to the Project Administration Fund to assist with the
annual tax levy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $200,000 from the General Fund to the Proiect Administration Fund to assist with
future tax abatements.
Adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1995.
