RESOLUTION NO. 9S-753
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO CENTRAL EQUIPMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to pay the General Fund lease purchase agreement
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with paying the lease purchase
agreement balance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the City Manager to
transfer $85,000 from the General Fund to the Central Equipment Fund to assist with the
annual tax levy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $85,000 from the General Fund to the Central Equipment Fund to pay the balance of
the lease purchase agreement.
