Cates Construction $253,000 KM Building, Inc. $254,000 Shingobee Builders $2549000 Peri -Co Construction $259,688 Hunerberg Construction $2609815 Merrimac Construction $2619716 Gladstone Construction $262,302 Maertens-Brenny Const. $264,400 The Builders inc. $266,000 MP Johnson $270,690 Morcon Construction $2760800 Meisinger Construction $299,700 G13H Construction $319,600 WHEREAS, it appears Parkos Construction of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder compiying with the minimum specifications; NO% Tf EREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CYTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Parkos Construction of St. Paul, Minnesota for the Council Chambers Renovation project according to plans and t wifications approved by the City Council in the amount of $232,800, and the. City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the depo.;its of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed,
