AWARDING BID FOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS RENOVATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for construction of the City Center Council
Chambers Renovation, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were reviewed:

WHEREAS, it appears Parkos Construction of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible
bidder compiying with the minimum specifications;
NO% Tf EREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CYTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Parkos Construction of St. Paul,
Minnesota for the Council Chambers Renovation project according to plans and t wifications
approved by the City Council in the amount of $232,800, and the. City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the depo.;its of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed,
