RESOLUTION NO. 95- 743
APPROVING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO HOI: INGTON KOEGLER
GROUP, INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF A
CONCEPT PLAN AND DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined a need to retain consulting services to assist
with the development of a concept plan and design guidelines for Downtown Plymouth;
and
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1995 the City Council awarded a corKact to Hoisington
Koegler Group, Inc., in an amount not to exceed 524,930, with funds from the Project
Administration Fund; and
WHEREAS, the scope of the project was expanded to include additional services
included preparing data for a traffic svidy, preparing additional alternative development
scenarios, and extra meetings with staff, land owner and existing businesses; and
WHEREAS, Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. has requested additional compensation
for these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the compensation to Hoisington Koegler Group,
Inc, shall be increased by $7,073 to a total amount not to exceed $32,003.
