RESOLUTION N0.95 - 739
REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
ORCHARDS OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION (94050)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated November 9, 1994, ABINGDON
Development Corporation, developer of Orchards of Plymouth Addition (94050), has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:
Stmt Construction
Sanitary Sewer
Lift Station & Force Main
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Mitigation Pond Construction
NURP Pond Construction
Street Signs (2 x 200)
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Park and Trail Improvements
Setting Iron Monuments
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

FURTHER BE 1T RESOLVED that the financial guarantee requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

Control Plan Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning
Cash: $19000 $10000
Financial Guarantee: $10,000 $10,000
Adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1995.
