RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 736
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
FRENCH RIDGE PARK ADDITION AND
FRENCH RIDGE PARK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 5, 1995 a
Mort has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
French Ridge Park Addition and French Ridge Park 2nd Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
December 5, 1995.

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
I 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted December 5, 1995. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
