RESOLUTION NO. 95- 731
Appointing Brauer and Associates as Consultant for the Plymouth Creek Amphitheater
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that a concept plan for
the new Plymouth Creek amphitheater be developed, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has further recommended the firm of Brauer
and Associates be retained to prepare said plan,
N'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Brauer and Associates is approved as the
consultant for the development of a concept plan for a new amphitheater, and further, that the
cost for the work will be charged to park dedication account 218-218.
Adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1995.
