C AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF OUTLOT A AMflURST 3RD ADDITION

WHi3RBAS, the Amhurst Homeowners Association has offered to give to the City of
Plymouth Outlot A of the Amhurst 3rd Addition, and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed said offer and recommended acceptance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NONNBSOTA, that staff and the City Attorney are authorized to
proceed with the acquisition of Outlot A, Amhurst 3rd Addition, at an approximate cost of
$1,750 to be charged to neighborhood park dedication account 219-219.
