RESOLUTION 95 - 727
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY (95034)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
August 1, 1995; for Prudential Insurance Company developer of Prudential Insurance
Company (95034), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the :to improvements except-.
remaining installation of landscaping and winter survivability of said landscaping, also
As -Built Utility Plan submitted to the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City Taff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
( a $143,750.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Prudential Insurance Company to a new financial guarantee total of
$6,250.00
