RESOLUTION 95 - 726
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
ISD 284 WAYZATA PUBLIC SCHOOLS/BIRCHVIEW ELEMIRITARY. (95013)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment that was approved by the
City Council on Apri14, 1995; for ISD #284 Wayzata Public Schools, developer of
Birchview Elementary School (95013), has agreed to install certain site improvements
for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping and submittal of As -Built utility plan to the
Engineering department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $60,570.00 reduction of the Certificate of Deposit which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Birchview Eemeutary School to a new financial guarantee total
of $4,625.00
