RESOLUTION NO. 95-721
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
101 LIQUORS, LAIC.
4130 COUNTY ROAD 101
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license
from 101 Liquors, Inc., 4130 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for 101 Liquors, Inc., 4130 County
Road 101, through January 31, 1996.
