DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING WITRIN
THE PONDS AT BASS CREEK ADDITION AND
PHEASANT TRAIL
WHBREAB, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage easements for
ponding within The Ponds at Bass Creek and Pheasant Trail Additions by Resolution
No. 95- 717 and 95- 718
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until the final plat of The Ponds at Bass Creek 2nd Addition is recorded with
Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1995.
