AUTHORLZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING
OUTLOT B
THE PONDS AT BASS CREEK
WEMREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage easamnt for ponding in Ou tlot B,
The Ponds at Bass Creek; aril
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WMMEAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scbedcaled for November 21, 1995
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter SaKion 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of November 2l1, 1995; and
W1113REAS, all property owners adjacent tG the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Couuicil did hold a public hearing on November 21, 1995 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a drainage easement for ponding in Oudot B, The
Ponds at Bass Creek Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, TIiMUFORE, BE IT iiMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, HDOMOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding be vacated:
The drainage easement for ponding within Outlot B, The Ponds at Bass Crock
according to the plat on file or of record in the oMce of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1995.
