PARKERS LAKE NORTH TTS ADDITION (91103)
PARTIAL RELEASE of Development Contract granted this _day of ,
1995, by the CITY OF PLYMOUTH, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City.
WIMRBAS, the City of Plymouth and Laukxa-Williams Parkers Lake entered into a
Development Contract dated December 10, 1991 for the plat of Parkers Lake North 7th
Addition as referenced in that certain certified copy of Resolution of the City of Plymouth
recorded in the office of the Hennepin County Recorder on December 24, 1991 as
Document No. 2224708; and
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to grant a release of this Development Contract
for Lots 12 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Rlock 2, Parkers Lake
North 7th Addition.
