RESOLUTION 95 - 710
RLDUCING SITE EUMOVENaM PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION/SELECT COMFORT (95033)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval Letter Dated May 24, 1995; for Opus Corporation devaloper of Select
Comfort (95033), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development;
and,
WIMEAS, the developer has completed a mvjority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of L�ndscaping and As -Built Utility Plan submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, 'IiIBRBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RBSOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THS CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $237,687.50 reduction of the Bond which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Annapolis Business Center to a new financial guarantee total of
$4,000.00
