CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 93 - 709
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
ZACHMAN BROS., INC./TRENTON PONDS PHASE I (93095)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 93-664 approved on October
18, 1993, for Cherry Hill Builders Inc., developer of Trenton Ponds Phase I (93095),
has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
VAMMEAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Installation of the final lift of asphalt for the private drive in Phase I.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THBRMRB, BE Tf HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does autha*ize
a $6,625.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Trenton Ponds Phase I to a new financial guanmtee total of
$7,750.00.
