APPROVE CONSULTANT FOR EMERGENCY
PREPAREDNESS AND CONSERVATION PLAN
WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City is required to prepare a comprehensive water supply pian which
includes provisions for emergency preparedness and conservation; and
WHEREAS, the City's current Water Supply Plan needs to be revised to include
emergency preparedness and conservation.
NOW, THEREF01m8, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the. staff is authorized to enter into an
agreement with Progressive Consulting Engineers, Inc. to make the necessary revisions to
the current Water Supply Plan to include Emergency Preparedness and Conservation at a
cost not to exceed $9,800.
FURTHER, that the funding for the services is provided from the Utility Truck Funds.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 1995.
