APPROVAL OF ONE TRAILER MOUNTED STANDBY GENERATOR SET
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for purchase of one trailer
mounted s`.andby generator set for the City of Plymouth.
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications weia prepared and distributed
as bid proposal were received tinct opened on Nov. 2nd.
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER
Midwest Machinery
Ziegler, Inc.
Interstate Diesel, Inc.
Flahem Equipment torp.
PURCHASE PRICE
$119,820.00 (Including Sales Tax)
$50,418.00 (Including Sales Tax)
$46,275.00 (Without Sales Tax)
$45,925.00 (Including Sales Tax)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Flah%xty Equipment Corp. is
declared the lowest responsible bid for a Trailer Mounted Standby Generator Set and the city
accepts their bid in the amount of $45,925. 00 including sales tax.
FURIEE-R, that the funding is as follows: 501-501-921-000-000
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 1995.
