RESOLUTION NO. 95 -690
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO.2 AND FINAL
1"S SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHMUM, the City of Plymouth as owner and Allied Blacktop Company, as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for 1995 Seal Coat Program, said agreement
being dated June 26, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was $125,769.50. One change order
was approved in the amount of $19,344.75 and the value of the work to
date is $145,114.25 and is herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for 1995 Seal Coat Program
and certified to the Counril by the engineer as acceptable, being the
i same, is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $19,344.75 to
Allied Blacktop Company for 1995 Seal Coat Program is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
