RESOLUTION 95. 680
RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
ORRIN THOMPSON HOMES. (94045/94046)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved RPUD Final Plat and Development Contracts
Resolutions 94-362/363 and 94-687/688 on July 11, 1994 and November 7, 1994 for
Orrin Thompson Homes developer of Westbranth 2nd and 3rd Additions located east
of Dunkirk Late, west of Vicksburg Lane and North of New Rockford Road and,
WHEREAS, the Resolutions 94-362/363 and 94-687/688 provided for compliance with
Resolution 89.439 regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $40,440.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated November 4, 1994 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $40,440.00, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for the Westbranch 2nd and 3rd Additions.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 1995.
