RESOLUTION 95 -679
RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
ABINGDON DEVELOPMENT CORP. (94135)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final P1aNPlat and Development Contract
Resolutions 95-64 and 95-65 on January 17, 1995, for Abingdon Development Corp.
developer of Shore of Kreatz Lake located east of Kreatz Lake on Kimberly Lane
North and,
WHEREAS, the Resolutions 95-64 and 95-65 provided for compliance with Resolution
89439 regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $24,700.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated October 16, 1995 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CCTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $24,700.00, which was submitted
I* guarantee Tree Preservation for the Shores of Kreatz Lake.
